Galaxy Commanders Review

Building powerful battleship decks and flexible units is part of the game. Then, in a fascinating 3D sci-fi world, you use them strategically in fast-paced battles. In the near future, blue-shifted light will point to a strange thing in the night sky. Because of this mystery, people set out on a quest to find Dimensium, a source of energy from another dimension near Neptune. This groundbreaking discovery gets people interested in exploring other stars, which leads to the creation of Terran, a single global government.

When Dimensium is revealed, contact is made with the Drift, a group of alien races from different universes. During these interactions, people learn about other species' ideas and technologies. Also, plant the seeds for an upcoming conflict that will change their future by causing deep divisions between groups.

Gameplay

Galaxy Command puts players in charge of a galaxy and forces them to balance the military, resources, and technology across the universe. The game can be played by anywhere from 1 to 4 people. There are missions in the galaxy that must be completed by navigating near and far systems to get resources and wealth. Also, Near systems provide important resources for building up military power and improving technology, which are both needed to deal with problems in deeper space. Each turn, the system cards are revealed, and then wealth, military, and technological development happen. Finally, a random event card is drawn, which acts as a timer and adds some randomness to the game.

The end goal for Galaxy Command is to take control of enough faraway systems to keep the empire going. Each Galaxy Commander contributes to the success of the whole and competes for recognition based on his or her score. No two games are the same because the rules can be changed and each event card is different. Games can be played by people of all ages in 15 to 45 minutes. This version of Galaxy Command takes the original idea and makes it into a multiplayer game. It keeps the game's core mechanics but adds a larger deck of 54 cards, new artwork, planets, and challenges, as well as a longer time to play.

Tokenomics

Built on the ImmutableX technology, the game would employ $IMX as the native token.

Fancy Games DAO is a mobile-focused Play to Earn arcade game platform that aims to deliver casual play to earn gaming to the masses by utilizing crypto and free to play mechanisms. Moreover, users will also have access to a variety of play to earn games. The developer hopes to replicate the nostalgic feel of casual gaming like Miniclip while allowing gamers to earn prizes using the FNC governance token. You can start breeding, earning, staking, customizing NFT assets, and participating in unique tournaments and game types/modes. FNC is the Fancy Games ecosystem's governance token and a key component of the Fancy Birds game. Earning: By providing an open market with 8,888 randomly produced genesis Fancy Bird NFTs, the game adds an earning element to the addicting fun of casual arcade games. To play the game, users must have NFTs, which they can acquire by performing daily and weekly objectives. Breeding: Holders can breed the birds now that they've left the nest to uncover more genotypes and possibly helpful and valuable NFTs. Each Genesis bird will be permitted to breed four times per month. Each month, the number of breeds will be reset. There will be a 5-day cooling period after each breeding before the bird can breed again. Besides, users will receive an egg after breeding that will hatch in 24 hours. The FNC Token: The DeFi mechanics in this dapp are already robust, with an intriguing mechanic that allows stakers to pick between a 0 and 52-week FNC lock up, with the APR increasing as the token is locked up longer, reaching 71 percent for a 52-week lock up at the time of writing. The mechanism is in place to encourage FNC holders to keep their tokens for as long as they can in order to avoid crashing the in-game economy and price of FNC.

Time Raiders - Game Review

Time Raiders - Game Review

Time Raiders is an NFT loot and shooter game that allows players to earn valuable NFTs that can be sold, traded, and used in the game. While much about the game has yet to be announced, we do know the story behind the game and some details about the gameplay. The Storyline Time Raiders: In the year 2247, as humanity advanced in technology and science, their desire for more also grew. With a lack of resources, this led to increased war and crime. Corporate movements became corporate raids, national maneuvers turned into wars, and career advancement often came at the cost of walking on actual corpses. As a result, the divide between the different classes widened, with the wealthy constructing futuristic structures filled with technology, medicine, and luxury that were largely incomprehensible to the masses who were left scavenging for scraps. Even the rulers of empires, in Time Raiders, realized that humanity was on the verge of extinction, and no scientific discovery, pact, or societal solution seemed capable of uniting the last of humanity. In the midst of this impending disaster, an odd substance was discovered. The sudden proliferation of this strange new material among both the wealthy and the poor seemed to come out of nowhere. This material, called Flux, allowed objects and people to travel through time. The discovery of Flux and the accessibility of historical artifacts gave humanity new hope, leading to the creation of a brand-new occupation called "Time Raider." Time Raiders are those brave, careless, or desperate enough to take the risk of traveling through time to either gain their fortune or meet their demise at the hands of their ancestors. In the future, the Time Raiders blockchain game also plans to support user-created and owned levels. All items in the game are NFTs that can be bought, sold, traded, or staked for Xpendium, the native utility currency of Time Raiders. The value of these NFTs is based on their scarcity and in-game utility. As a result, it will be easy for new players to get started, as they will not be required to purchase an NFT in order to play. As a play-and-earn game, Time Raiders puts the "play" aspect first and offers a wide variety of player-versus-environment (PvE) and player-versus-player (PvP) game modes.

Spells of Genesis (SoG) - Game Review

Spells of Genesis (SoG) - Game Review

"Spells of Genesis" (SoG) is a pioneering blockchain-based mobile game that combines elements of Trading Card Games (TCG) with arcade-style point-and-shoot mechanics. This unique fusion of gameplay mechanics has made it a groundbreaking title in the blockchain gaming space. Players are required to strategically collect and combine cards to create powerful decks, essential for victory in battles against opponents. The game is set in the fantasy realm of Askian, where players collect and trade orbs to assemble formidable teams. The blockchain collectibles in the player's wallet or acquired in-game play a vital role in this journey. In "Spells of Genesis," players have true ownership of their cards, enabling trading, selling, and collecting. This ownership extends beyond the game, making it a standout feature in the gaming world. Players can enhance their decks by acquiring blockchain cards from the store or by blockchainizing their fused and leveled-up cards. The gameplay in "Spells of Genesis" is simple yet addictive, requiring cunning strategy as players progress through the game. Unlike traditional games, the cards in this game have value beyond the game itself, and players can trade, sell, and collect them. Players start with a modest deck of four cards and aim to reduce their opponent's health to zero by landing hits. Spells play a crucial role in a player's deck, as they have unique attributes and abilities that can deal more damage and influence both allies and enemies. Precise shots are required to unleash these powerful spells. The game offers three distinct game modes: campaigns, raid, and challenge. Campaigns are player-vs-environment (PvE) adventures with over 700 levels across 30 campaigns. Raid mode introduces player-vs-player (PvP) competition, where players battle opponents of similar ranks for rewards. Challenge mode focuses on survival, testing players' endurance against increasingly formidable waves of enemies, with rewards increasing in value as they progress. In terms of tokenomics, "Spells of Genesis" features a variety of in-game currencies, including gold, crystals, and gems. Gold is the fundamental currency used to acquire new in-game cards and can be earned through various in-game achievements. Crystals, on the other hand, are obtained by crystallizing cards and serve multiple purposes, including card upgrades, fusion, and blockchainization of one card per month. Players also have the option to trade their in-game cards for crystals, adding flexibility to the in-game economy. The game has garnered a positive response from the gaming community, with users expressing enthusiasm for its blockchainized cards and labeling it as an epic card battle game. "Spells of Genesis" has become a significant player in the blockchain gaming space, combining strategic card gameplay with blockchain technology to create a unique and engaging gaming experience.
